Before La Catedral was a restaurant, it was a house waiting for a point of view. Lisa, Luca, and Robbie were not looking to build another Nosara formula—another beautiful room that could exist anywhere. They wanted the kind of place they had always looked for themselves: somewhere food, music, art, conversation, and celebration could live together under one roof, with warmth as the whole point.
